This weekend, I found my new favorite show: Ted Lasso. Never before has a television show displayed so much heart, so much positivity that it inspired me to be a better person. Or in this case, a better person with a mustache.
So for this week’s episode, I reached out to my friend, "Coach Dave," a baseball manager who certainly knows a thing or two about good coaching and leadership. I wanted to chat with him about memorable coaching experiences, and how we can turn those moments into something bigger as role models.
